“the platypus, or Lesser Ground Demon, and the sloth, or Greater Ground Demon”
“the gibbon, more commonly known as The Horrid Little Man, is thought to have not done much other than caper around, being a horrid little man”
“archeological proof of ghosts can be seen as early as the common mannatee”

😂
A French father talking about the Paris Attacks with his son.
I’ve seen some people commenting that flower and candles can’t really protect him, or us, and to those commenters I’d just like to say:
Reminders of how good and kind and compassionate we can be strengthen us, and keep us from acting on the fear and pain we feel. They compel us to love and support each other, regardless of religion or background; and if we can love more than groups can hate, then eventually fewer and fewer people will hate with them, and the flowers and the candles will have been the strongest protection we could have had.
So yes, they do protect us, just not in the way you’re thinking.
Can you please spread this as far as it will go?
when to complain about teachers
-when they’re abusive
-when they’re bigoted
-when they marginalize certain students bc of disability, race, gender identity, etc
-when they teach poorly
-when they willfully spread misinformation
-when they refuse to consider student feedback
-when they abuse their authority in any way
when to stop being a douche and give your damn teacher a break
-when they take more than one night to grade your shit
-when you opted not to follow the instructions they clearly dispensed
-when they’re forced to teach state curriculum regardless of their own feelings or beliefs
-when they come in tired
-when your class is being douchewads and the teacher expresses irritation
-when they’re a decent but overworked and underpaid human
Viciously destroy the idea that bullying is a normal part of growing up.
