This is some of the most incredible armor I’ve ever seen with the simplest technique. It’s just a base layer of craft foam, some craft foam details over that, and a layer of regular black pleather glued over everything (I’m not sure with what, but I’d recommend contact cement or a strong spray adhesive). Then it was dusted with acrylic paint to make the texture and edges pop.
